Henry Bailey
FOUNDER
As a man anchored in values and principles, Henry Bailey is a builder, community pillar, loving husband and father of five. He holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Florida and brings over 20 years of experience as one of the industry's most prolific builders for some of the biggest home builders in the country. After graduating from UF, he moved to the Tampa Bay area where he primarily built single family homes at a high volume and with exceptional precision.

Henry has always had a passion for helping people and believed in immersing himself in the community. He is resolute in his standards and principles; he believes in being a person of integrity and doing what is morally right above all else. Henry's values and principles are embedded in Cole Contractors and Associates as a whole. Henry has a conviction for continuous improvement; through this passion, he is constructing models of possibilities, transforming neighborhoods and impacting lives.
